Description |
Surat Municipal Corporation's Town Development Office manages the hoardings that
are put in the city of Surat. Before erecting a hoarding applications are to be
made to the TDO, SMC for its sanction and thereafterwards renewals of the same has
to be done up by paying regular fees for the same.
The webbased applicaton developed helps the TDO to accomplish all the following
function :
- Collect Application from the applicants for new erections
- Collect Application from the applicants for renewals
- Workflow for the sanctioning,renewal, etc. processes
- Automatic / Manual generation of various notices and correspondences to the applicants.
- Detailed MIS and DSS.
